Life is made up of moments – some forgettable, some memorable, and some so good they’re worth recollecting at days end. To find these moments, the rare and amazing ones, you have to get out of the house and find them. Directors Taylor Steele and Chris Searl set out to capture those classic moments with the help of some friends. They escaped to Mexico to find places where good times happen and memories are made, places we’d all rather be. In doing so we hope they’ll inspire you to experience some golden moments of your own.

This campaign evolved the Corona’s emotional connection with Australian’s and Kiwis. It was the trailer to summer. The aspired escape. And the golden sunset moments should only be celebrated with ice-cold Coronas. From Where You’d Rather Be has become part of everyone’s vernacular – people now recognise personal situations, labelling them a ‘FWYRB moment’ in conversation or social media. A truly through-the-line campaign that included TV, cinema, OOH, print, content, digital media, experiential and trade initiatives.

The track featured in the TVC’s is an original written and recorded by MT Warning during a stint at Corona’s new La Casa Artist Residency, a beachside haven where musicians, designers, photographers, artists, and surfers alike can escape, be inspired and create.
